[fixed][BUG] Mutted player and /afk at BG

When player was muted(.mute) he can't say anything, use emotes and use in-game commands(like /afk /played /dnd etc.).

bug: When players is muted he can't go into afto-afk(5min with no actions). So he can get mute, join BG and alt-tab/leave character. Char won't be kicked.

I have ChatLexicCutter modification. Players use rude words, get get auto-mute, join BG's and do nothing(leave character and go drink/bathroom/smoke ). Not sure about official servers, but think there must be some exception for previously mentioned in-game commands or need to rewrite mute system.
