Battlegrounds bugged?

Just was wondering if Battlegrounds is bugged or has been disabled in latest rev? When I press the 'H' key (PvP Tab) I only have HONOR and ARENA show up and no options for Battlegrounds? As in Battlegrounds completely is not showing up.

Or is it because I'm using a BLIZZLIKE DB? I spoke to the Battlemasters in Stormwind War Room and used the command '.debug bg' and tried to enter a qeue but it does not seem to work?
