any instance combat time can in instance.(instance inside combat, so people combat boss, i'm die, and ghost moving instance can in instance)

can fix this problem?

interpretation:

you can enter instances while boss encounter is in progress.

i think there was a fix somewhere in the forums, not sure it made it into the core tho...
