Clean install doubt

Hello everyone.

I have some doubt about database issues.

Yesterday I managed to start my wow server in a linux virtual machine, patching the files one by one with SQLyog. All perl scripts to update found in the forum failed. My question is: If I make a backup of the tables mangos, realmd, characters and scriptdev2 mangolin and restored to a clean installation of handles zero would work?
