Hi, this talent makes that you generates 1 combo point in your target everytime that someone in your party makes a critic hit, but no respects the second of cooldown. In 1 second you can gain 5 combo point =S

Why 3 sec

1 secs cooldown already added in mangos.sql

note: 1 sec cooldown _per_ member, so if 5 members in same sec do crits then you _can_ get 5 combos.

I can't in game check work but i not see any wrong data for talent.
