Normal CPU Usage?

I have a dedicated server with i7 920 with Windows 2003 x64, but I have notice that only one core is working, as you can see in this link

Is this normal? Can I force use all cores?

But what i mean is that only one core is working, i think would be better if load is balanced between several cores, isn't it?

You can look in mangosd.conf option UseProcessors. Maybe you have settinh that allow use only single CPU core.

I really recommend you to use Linux, and use option in compiling steep, serveral cores
