what you meaning with "ignore resilence rating". Not working this paert: "and while affected by Avenging Wrath $s3% of all damage caused bypasses damage reduction effects."?

Yes Vladimir, is working well but "ignore resilence" too and it should not ignore resilence.

According to Blizz...Resilience is not treated as a damage reduction effect.

Maybe some talents/spells who bypasses damage reduction effects takes the resilience as a reduction when it shouldn't.
