Quest bugs

Hello people

I want to know how can I fix some quests that needs to use an item, but it does nothing (it should summon a mob), and how to fix quests that needs to use a skill on a mob, to complete the objective.

I don't want the complete fix, just the table names (and the columns, if possible) that I need to change.

This can be lot sources of problem. Need look what do item (is it have spells, is spells work, what need for spell make its work and etc).

This can be DB bug, missing scripting code or core bug/missing code.
