How it SHOULD work: Increases the amount healed by your Earth Shield by 20%.

How it DOES work: It works fine when you cast earth shield on the shaman or on another shaman with the glyph, but it doesn't work when you cast it on another class.

Instead of increasing healing done with Earth Shield, it increases healing received from Earth Shield, so the 20% extra healing only works when the shaman casts the shield on himself or another shaman with the glyph.
