Talent Tree Requirements

Hello, I'm new to this forum but I've played around with WoW servers every now and then.

I was wondering if you are able to change the amount of talent points that are needed to be spend in a specc in order to be able to get talents from the next tier.

Now you must put 5 talent points in tier 1 to be able to be able to put talent points in tier 2.

I searched the .cpp files but I couldn't find anything that looked similar to that

Found it in SkillHandler.cpp on rows 111-113

Here is the code if there is someone else that wish to change the same thing
