The Devourer of Souls in the Forge of Souls casts these spells (id:68982, 70322) and it should be interruptible, but there is no setting in "mechanical_immune_mask" in the creature_template that makes the spell interruptible by an interrupt spell, like a Shaman's Wind Shear or a Rogue's Kick.
