World Chat for Mangoszero

Is there any sort of World Chat available for Mangoszero ?

I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to find anything

Are you looking for "AllowTwoSide.Interaction.Channel" in mangosd.conf? try changing that to AllowTwoSide.Interaction.Channel = 1 and doing "/join World" ingame.
