it seems as all my inn keepers have trick or treat in there options but hollow's end isn't active

looks like just some of the alii inn keeps like stormwind and sentinel hill so far i have seen

but thunder bluff and orgrimmar innkeepers dont have it, as these are the only one i have see / gone to

Can you give us the innkeeper's names? Those will most likely need conditions to prevent them from selling those items outside of the event.
