I did add database as the website say, I do not know which update apply. =(

I apply updates in SQL folder in server source.

In the sql/updates folder you will find the files

• 
  [li]z2439_sxxxx_xxxxx_01_mangos_command.sql[/li]
  [li]z2441_sxxxx_xxxxx_01_mangos_db_version[/li]
  

These have not been applied to your database, thus the error you posted. Apply these, and you're good to go.
