I know that anything past cata would be a bad idea to run a pvp server on. But what about the other cores. All im looking for is the following...

-Working BG and or arena

-Working spells

-Honor system

-Items

I would like to use TBC or Wotlk. I know mangos one is the most complete but I'd rather have the arena system. Anyway which one do you think is the best?
