shamans are not needing the "relic" to drop totems. this is a bug or a setup? and where i take "calls" (of the elements, spirits etc)

I created a server MANGO but I have a problem when the User changes the ip, when it is different from the field "last_ip" in realmd table, it says "...account has been temporarily suspended.." the ban table is empty How can I remove it? tks for all
