How it SHOULD work: If you have two-handed weapon and change to 1-handed and shield, shouldn't trigger GCD.

How it DOES work: It triggers GCD.

How it SHOULD work: Causes those who attack Sindragosa with physical attacks to be chilled to the bone, dealing 1000 Frost damage per 2 sec for each application.

How it DOES work: Nothing

Instability

How it SHOULD work: Using magic while afflicted with Unchained Magic will build up unstable energy, dealing 2000 Arcane damage to the caster per spell cast, 5 sec after spellcasting ends.

How it DOES work: Nothing

These two spells are very important for the mechanical of ICC boss Sindragosa. Without this only is a dummy.

How it DOES work: It only causes damage if you are 30 rage or more. If you are less 30 rage, use the rage but don't cause damage.
