With right OS/Hardware/Rev/Patches you can get days of uptime below 1k clients, I'm not sure about more. But performance/stability is getting better thanks to ambal's recent patches =) And you should not bash other projects, despite people who ruined them there were really wonderful coders.

It is possible, we could use some parts of the code from mumble, but I don't think it's worth doing. Use Ventrilo or TS2.

Well, wouldn't it be better to join forces with TrinityZero/ZeroDB? They are pretty independent from the rest of "trinities". Even Theluda helps/helped them.

Mangos 1.12 is kinda old, you should try out trinityzero, those guys are doing really well.

Ncdb's rev 47(for mangos 303) playercreateinfo table is 100% blizzlike, if there are any bugs just check with their table.

Greetingz, as everyone knows 3.0.3 mangos branch is under development, however I've seen only 2 people contributing to it. 3.0.3 is the biggest update in history of WoW, so my suggestion is that you could create temporarily section on the forums for patches only for 3.0.3 branch,so TOM_RUS and arrai can apply them.

I'd go with multithreading , cpus these days are very powerful, and we can always host sql, realmd and mangos on different machines.
