Judgement of blood and Judgement of Vengeance deal insane dmg with this patch. Pls someone take a look at the code ;]

Yes you are absolutely correct. Without any % mods I hit for 1k(as the tooltip says) and crit for 2k, but with 3x Vengeance and avenging it's 2k normal hit.

It does not scale with attack power, however attack power increases your normal weapon dmg, therefore it increases SoC proc also, as it is dependent from normal weapon dmg.

My record is 13k crit (+ 4k resisted). I was full buffed + 3x Vengeance + Berserk(from Battlegrounds) + Avenging Wrath There is definately something wrong with it

I think, there is no need for the procflag entries. They are loaded from dbc AFAIK. But I'm not sure, should be tested.

Hm, procflag_ex is already set to 2 for Rank 1. I thought if you set procflag for 1 spell in chain it applies for all spells in chain. Also there is no need to set the procflag and cooldown columns. They are loaded from dbc afaik.
