Major changes to the MaNGOS code base in this release, please take note below.
This release marks the final version for Rel21. Development is now moving to Rel22.

Changes on this release under the Core section may apply to other areas such as creatures, players or instances.
There were to many commits to realistically format into separate sections (large amounts of changes are under the Core section).
