Ques ID 5321 without encounter
The quest The Sleeper has Awakened (ID: 5321) atm is doable and completable. Moreover the npc Kelronian (ID: 11218) is correctly following you. The fact is that, if you follow the road, some encounter should take place. Instead nothing happen. I can't find video/evidence of how many encounter should be scripted and the composition of each one.
