The quest "Scourge Tactics" (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=13008) requires the player to free Webbed Crusaders in the "Valley of Echoes" in Icecrown, just outside of The Argent Vanguard.
Webbed Crusaders can be attacked and killed (1hp). They should either spawn a "Freed Crusader" or a Nerubian.
Webbed Crusaders do not do anything upon defeat.
