Stitches (412) improperly spawning
During the Bride of the Embalmer (253) quest chain, everything works perfectly up until you complete Note to the Mayor (id#26681).
Accepting the quest Bride of the Embalmer (id#253) incorrectly spawns Stitches (id#412) at Eliza's Grave behind Abercrombie (id#289) in the Raven Hill Cemetery.
Stitches is supposed to spawn only after you have killed Eliza (id#45801), taken The Embalmers Heart (2382), and turned the quest in at Darkshire.
