The Quest "Jailbreak (ID=4322)" doesn't work anymore
The NPC "Private Rocknot (ID=9503)" doesn't open the "Bar Door (ID=170571)" anymore
The "Dragonspine Door (ID=764725)" doesn't open anymore
since this issue.
