Maybe it`s a dumb question and maybe not where it should be posted .. but i want to know how the arenas should work ? because horde vs horde works , ally vs horde works but ally vs ally doesn`t work ... can any1 tell me something about this ?

there was a revision where same faction arenas were disabled by default awhile back, but I thought they fixed it. It seems to be working Could you go into more detail, about what you're doing when producing this behavior? and this should probably be moved into bug reports if its found to be a confirmed bug. Or you might just have something in .conf messed up.

well that`s why i`m asking how it should work , i want to know if it`s normal to work like that ... and if it`s possible to change it (in case it shouldn`t work like that )
