Programming with UTF-8

I would love to see some ways to use UTF-8 because i use latin settings in windows,

and i was hopping someone could help me with some info and examples wich i would love to get

my hands on :lol:

Yeah, just change the encoding of your document in the text editor. This changes only the encoding of your source code. A text editor that can do this is for example Notepad++.

I mean't the text in mangs when people write .. i have irc addon added into my mangos server .. and i needed some help to bee able to send latin chars between them ..

its utf8 that is used from and to irc ..

So i would really like to get som info or help on how to do it.

Consol can send them but som how i can't get it to work ..
