Pet Bug???

I've looked around and found that this isnt a bug but on the server I help out on the gm is telling me that a hunter taming The Beast (boss in black rock spire) is a bug. I have givin this gm proof that it isnt and getting told that im abusing the so called bug.

All I want is to if Im right.

Sorry if i put this in the wrong area, just thought general descussions would of been the best bet.

b ) it it were allowed, I'd give you the link to comments on that mob at a popular information site (hint: has "head" in its name) where a search took me all of ten seconds to find the answer.
