[Bug] Crypt Fever, Ebon Plaguebringer

Keep in mind the Ebon Plaguebringer (Ebon Plague disease) is an improvement of the Crypt Fever.

How it SHOULD work: DKs' diseases also cause Crypt Fever, which increases disease damage taken by the target by 30% (rank 3/3). This one should be unstackable with other death knights' Crypt Fever

How it DOES work: The application works perfectly, but the disease damage bonus doesn't work at all

How it SHOULD work: Your Crypt Fever morphs into Ebon Plague, which increases magic damage taken by 13% in addition to increasing disease damage taken (30% from Crypt Fever). Improves your critical strike chance with weapons and spells by 3% at all times (rank 3/3). Can be active with other DKs' Crypt Fever, but the debuff won't stack

How it DOES work: Crit chance and application works fine, but the magic damage taken doesn't (obviously the disease damage taken retained from Crypt Fever neither)
