I dont know if this is the place where i have to ask this but well...

I remember that Divine Shield didnt shared GCD with the other spells, but since 3.0 came it shares GCD with the other spells... y tried to find it on patch notes but i didnt find it... can u guys tell me pls if thats a mangos bug? or it should work in that way.
