Battleground map to normal map

Hi , i have a question does some one knows how can i make a BattleGround like Alterac Valley to a normal map , to make it a mall where the players can start and see them selfs .

I think for this you'd need to remove the instance info from the DB and modify the source so it sees it as a normal map, maybe the UDB wiki has some clues.
