create BG queue only for same lvl

I need to do this.

Only same lvl will be in one queue.I need it only for 7 lvls.

I dont want the 75 and 79 be in one queue in for example wsg.

Current queue level ranges based at dbc data. If you want overwrite its then you need modify related code to use own ranges. This can be not easy or maybe not...
