How it should work:

The skill should give a buff that stealths the rogue. It lasts until it is canceled by, using the spell again, taking damage, attacking, eating, using mount... etc.

The bug is:

Stealth is flagged as debuff and it can't be canceled by using the spell again. The only way to cancel is at the moment to eat or getting attacked.

Sometimes the cooldown timer doesn't start.
