[BuG rev. 9310] Account Delete

Hi,

It's Me For a new Bug Signalisation.

I type in chatbox :

.account delete 51

I Give Error :

Your account level is 3

But In Realm dtabase my account is 5.

Other Question : I've look the source code of AccountMgr.cpp and .h, this command delete the account of all table on the databases ?? because i look characters and characters_tutoriel in characters database but It have many table where have reference to the account.
