All of the hunter pet's abilityes have global cd. but they dont supposed to have because of this:

World of Warcraft Client Patch 3.0.8 # All Hunter pet abilities with a cooldown of 30 seconds or more are no longer on the global cooldown.

(30 seconds without longevity talent)
