[fix] Siphon Life

It procs two times (from both auras), because we also alow SPELL_AURA_ADD_PCT_MODIFIER to trigger spells. Don't know if this is really necessary and maybe a general problem we should think about.

From this point of view, this fix is more like a workaround:
