[bug] Earth Shield and it's talents

Mangos Version: 9110

How it Works: Well, you put on the Earth Shield on a target player, but it has some bugs:

- The talent Improved Shields doesn't affect the Earth Shield's heal

- The talent Improved Earth Shield is no longer affecting the Earth Shield healing part

- The Earth Shield is not ticking crits healings

- The Earth Shield is dispelled all at once.

- The Earth Shield ticks also with healings.

How it Should Work:

- The talent Improved Shields should increase Earth shield heals by a 15%

- The talent Improved Earth Shield should increase Earth shield healing ticks by a 10%

- The Earth Shield should tick crits

- The Earth Shield should be dispelled by one charge on each dispel

- The Earth Shield shouldn't have to tick with healing spells cast on the protected target.
