[poll] How Many People Use Accounts & Characters Database Together

I'm of interest of this particular topic. I remembered that around revision 3000 or so, usually those who were trying to setup MaNGOS for a small server would execute the realmd.sql & characters.sql into 1 database. Is this habit still going strong? I'd like to know. Please kindly answer to the poll question and leave any comments that may contribute to this topic, and why such and such practice is more important than the other.
