Compliation help

Whenever i try to compile the "mangosvcXXX" files, i get a bug.

I installed and tried to compile with both xpress 2010 and 2008, but both give the same error-

========== Build: 9 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========

this is wrong because there should be 11 succeded, and there is no bin folder in the mangos directory.
