I downloaded the source with commit 61ecb785c87b463e2e746142be7208bc5dc28f91 (3.2.2a) and I saw error in the console:

Map file '/home/gudio/server/maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please, create new using ad.exe program.

Map files from version 3.2.2 enGB... What is the problem?

Map files are incompatible or outdated, obviously.

Make sure it's actually for 3.2.2a (guide in my sig) and make sure you are extracting from the right build with the right extractor.
