Extrange crashes after migrate ( ntdll.dll )

I had a Windows 2003 Server x64, and very few crashes, recently I have migrated to a server with Windows 2008 x64, and many crashes are started to happen, i have found that three quest are involved. In Windows Event Viewer i see logs like this:

The crash can be reproduced with only three quest (at the moment), these are:

Just a comment,

I have come back to w2003 and those crashes have disappeared.

I think there must be some incompatibility with w2008, it's very strange
