Warrior BUG or Armor Penetration BUG?

Hello,

can it be that there is something wrong with Armor Penetration? Or is the DMG just to high, because i tested a warrior on offical Server and than on Mangos. The Diffrent in PvP with same gear is amazing. But i don´t know if it is Amor Penetration (http://www.wowwiki.com/Armor_penetration) or just Warridmg, or Resilence is not working right.

I hope u can help me to know where the Problem is.
