UDB is primarily English.

YTDB is primarily Russian.

Both do support other languages, to a limited degree.

YTDB forums support for english language does leave something to be desired, as do most of the Russian MaNGOS sites.

You can use a Subversion client (SVN) to download the DB and then pick any version of the database you wish. Otherwise, you may download through your web browser by clicking all the links inside TRUNK.
