Entry point not found

When I run mangos, I get an error that states "Entry point not found" it further states "The procedure entry point ??1_NonReentrantPPLLockHolder@details@Concurrency@@QAE!XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll, does anyone know how to solve this problem? I recompiled and it still does the same thing.
