Possible undefined aura.

I was looking in spellauradefines for a SPELL_AURA_MOD_MELEE_ATTACK_SPEED.

It's used in this spell: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=69076 as the second effect.

However I couldn't find it, do I need to create it myself or is it under another name?

If I need to create it myself, how does one know the value of each aura? Are we just making it up or are the values important?

Also does anyone have any information on how well supported SPELL_AURA_PERIODIC_TRIGGER_SPELL is in mangos?

Because it seems like there are a few hacky things in there...
