[Bug] Haste rating is not working right : on channeling spell

It's a bit outdated after recent changes in mangos.

how it should work: any way,tha haste could help to reduce spell casting time/spell channeling time

how it does work:(not sure which version it began,and only test priest spells) the haste rating looks working all right on spell book and panel,but indeed it doesnt work while channeling spells(such as mind flay),it cant reduce spell channeling time.
