Custom Patches: SD2 and UDB

Database Name and Version : UDB 391

confirmed,still bugged,doesen't activate with tramps.

in previous mangos revisions,this talent was working fine. sorry my english is bad

Confirmed, Doesnt work with Tramps, very bad Bug for Hunters Burst Damage.
