DBC/VMAP/MAPS size

Quick question...

How big are these things now. They were once a couple of GBs (total) in size but I just ran the extractors for the 3.3.5 patch and now they total only around 800 MB (total). I did not see any errors when extracting so I was wondering if this was a "new correct" size?

Yes, some members that know c++ actually made stunning improvements on the vmaps system so that is preety much what changed.
