Abount hit rating and expertise

I tested the melee hit rating cap.

I(DK) use two-hand waepon and melee hit rating is 282, but melee still miss.

Is the function used in mangos different from the offical one?

Meanwhile, my expertise is 28 and i stand in front of the target, but there was no dodge.

The target is Heroic Training Dummy(entry 31146).

My version:

Mangos : 10270

UDB: 392

hi friend,hit cap are bugged,can you have 100% to hit,and miss your attacks.
