hello there i just want to know how i can add a row to an a dbc file. why? well i want to add a custom coin for buy things.

but as i saw the extendedcost is get it from dbc itemextendedcost.dbc so i know that column 4 is the item and 9 is the amount of that item and column 1 the id of the extendedcost.

so what tool i can use for add a custom coin??
