Add more output related to character delete/restore

What bug does the patch fix? What features does the patch add?

It adds a bit more output to Char.log

Sample Output

2010-08-07 01:59:10 Account: 5 (IP: ) Restore Deleted Character:[Deleteme] (guid: 4)

2010-08-07 01:59:25 Account: 5 (IP: ) Erase Character:[Deleteme] (guid: 4)

2010-08-07 02:04:27 Account: 5 Finally Delete Character:[Druide] (guid: 2)

As a note: it shows no IP for the first two records because i did those commands directly from the console.
